It's all about the kids

With three active children, Bob spends his free time as a spectator on the sidelines cheering his kids on in soccer, baseball and dance. But if time permits, he sneaks out for the occasional softball game and rounds of golf with friends.

Fire Sprinkler Education

Bob Spark’s home, located about 45 minutes southwest of Seattle, serves as his office, but you may not find him there if you go looking for him. Though deeply entrenched in his home community, he spends three out of every four weeks on the road visiting fire and building officials, legislators and trade organizations to highlight the essence of Uponor’s AquaSAFE fire safety system. “This is a very exciting time,” he says. “With the International Code Council’s (ICC) vote mandating fire sprinklers in new homes by 2011, it is essential that we educate and train code officials and other professionals about the benefits of Uponor’s fire safety line.”

School of Hard Knocks

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Bob Sparks brings individualized training to the forefront. “I don’t come from a formalized training background, but school of hard knocks has given me the equivalent of a doctorate,” he jokes. He always strives to work efficiently, and he delivers hands-on training, providing literature and presentation materials along with many years of practical experience.
